2. Design decisions
Backwards design from outcomes; a core low-bandwidth path; Storyline for branching scenario practice; Moodle activities for tracking and recall.
3. Evaluation
Collect learner feedback and performance data (quiz and completion) and iterate on the weakest section each run.
